Sorry for any confusion. There are actually no noobs right now, most of the new members got 10 bonus points for signing up. All members present before the member system started got 20 bonus points. 1 point was assigned to each player for every meeting they attended since the system began. Since senior leadership positions are taken, the highest rank an ordinary member can reach is Admiral. Once the Minecraft server is in full swing, people can start earning points again.
