New Ranking System

As promised, here's what the new ranking system looks like:

Noob - 0 Team Points
Private - 1 Team Point
Sargent - 5 Team Points
Lieutenant - 10 Team Points
Captain - 20 Team Points
Commander - 40 Team Points
General - 80 Team Points
Admiral - 160 Team Points
Supreme Commander - Positions are taken by DinoSharkCobra and SlimyBizzareFoghorn
Ultimate Commander - Positions are taken by Chromium and myself

So basically a noob is anyone that signs up. 1 team point will be awarded every time you come to a meeting, but there will be contests that will boost your point count coming soon, making those high ranks possible.

TheSubZ - You haven't come to a meeting since Chrome's and my return. But you've been with us for a while, so come to a meeting within the next two weeks and you can have the free 20 points too.
